hasktags software package provides Producer of ctags tags and etags TAGS files for Haskell programs, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hasktags
hasktags is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hasktags package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hasktags *
You will get with hasktags package name, version, architecture and description in a table
