gtk3-binver-3.0.0 software package provides virtual package provided by libgtk-3-0, libgtk-3-0-udeb, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gtk3-binver-3.0.0
