gtk2.0-binver-2.10.0 software package provides virtual package provided by libgtk2.0-0, libgtk2.0-0-udeb, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gtk2.0-binver-2.10.0
