gstreamer1.0-videosource software package provides virtual package provided by gstreamer1.0-plugins-base, gstreamer1.0-plugins-good, gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gstreamer1.0-videosource
gstreamer1.0-videosource is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gstreamer1.0-videosource package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gstreamer1.0-videosource*
You will get with gstreamer1.0-videosource package name, version, architecture and description in a table
