How to uninstall or remove gstreamer1.0-gnonlin software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed gstreamer1.0-gnonlin package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove gstreamer1.0-gnonlin 

Uninstall gstreamer1.0-gnonlin including dependent package

If you would like to remove gstreamer1.0-gnonlin and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove gstreamer1.0-gnonlin 
Use Purging gstreamer1.0-gnonlin

If you use with purge options to gstreamer1.0-gnonlin package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge gstreamer1.0-gnonlin 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove gstreamer1.0-gnonlin
