How to Install gpaste-applet software package in Debian 8 (Jessie)

gpaste-applet software package provides GPaste applet for GNOME, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install gpaste-applet

gpaste-applet is installed in your system.

Make ensure the gpaste-applet package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gpaste-applet *

You will get with gpaste-applet package name, version, architecture and description in a table
