google-android-build-tools-ins software package provides Google build tools for Android (aapt, aidl, dexdump, dx), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install google-android-build-tools-ins
google-android-build-tools-ins is installed in your system.
Make ensure the google-android-build-tools-ins package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep google-android-build-tools-ins*
You will get with google-android-build-tools-ins package name, version, architecture and description in a table
