gnome-tweak-tool software package provides tool to adjust advanced configuration settings for GNOME, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gnome-tweak-tool
gnome-tweak-tool is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gnome-tweak-tool package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gnome-tweak-tool *
You will get with gnome-tweak-tool package name, version, architecture and description in a table
