gnome-shell-extension-suspend- software package provides Gnome-shell extension to modify the suspend/shutdown buttons, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gnome-shell-extension-suspend-
gnome-shell-extension-suspend- is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gnome-shell-extension-suspend- package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gnome-shell-extension-suspend-*
You will get with gnome-shell-extension-suspend- package name, version, architecture and description in a table
