gmt-coast-low software package provides virtual package provided by gmt-gshhs-low, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gmt-coast-low
gmt-coast-low is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gmt-coast-low package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gmt-coast-low*
You will get with gmt-coast-low package name, version, architecture and description in a table
