gkrellm-common software package provides virtual package provided by gkrellm, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gkrellm-common
gkrellm-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gkrellm-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gkrellm-common*
You will get with gkrellm-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
