How to uninstall or remove gfs2-cluster software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed gfs2-cluster package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove gfs2-cluster 

Uninstall gfs2-cluster including dependent package

If you would like to remove gfs2-cluster and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove gfs2-cluster 
Use Purging gfs2-cluster

If you use with purge options to gfs2-cluster package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge gfs2-cluster 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove gfs2-cluster
