gforge-lists software package provides virtual package provided by gforge-lists-mailman, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gforge-lists
gforge-lists is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gforge-lists package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gforge-lists*
You will get with gforge-lists package name, version, architecture and description in a table
