gforge-db software package provides virtual package provided by gforge-db-remote, gforge-db-postgresql, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gforge-db
gforge-db is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gforge-db package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gforge-db*
You will get with gforge-db package name, version, architecture and description in a table
