geoclue-nominatim software package provides Geocoding and reverse-geocoding server for GeoClue (Nominatim), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install geoclue-nominatim
geoclue-nominatim is installed in your system.
Make ensure the geoclue-nominatim package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep geoclue-nominatim *
You will get with geoclue-nominatim package name, version, architecture and description in a table
