gambas3-gb-libxml software package provides Gambas libxml component, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gambas3-gb-libxml
gambas3-gb-libxml is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gambas3-gb-libxml package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gambas3-gb-libxml *
You will get with gambas3-gb-libxml package name, version, architecture and description in a table
