fullquottel software package provides tool for recognizing top-posted e-mail and usenet replies, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fullquottel
fullquottel is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fullquottel package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fullquottel *
You will get with fullquottel package name, version, architecture and description in a table
