fpc-source software package provides Free Pascal - SDK source code dependency package, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fpc-source
fpc-source is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fpc-source package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fpc-source *
You will get with fpc-source package name, version, architecture and description in a table
