fp-compiler software package provides Free Pascal - compiler dependency package, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fp-compiler
fp-compiler is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fp-compiler package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fp-compiler *
You will get with fp-compiler package name, version, architecture and description in a table
