fonts-tlwg-mono software package provides Thai TlwgMono font, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-tlwg-mono
fonts-tlwg-mono is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-tlwg-mono package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-tlwg-mono *
You will get with fonts-tlwg-mono package name, version, architecture and description in a table
