firmware-bnx2 software package provides Binary firmware for Broadcom NetXtremeII, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install firmware-bnx2
firmware-bnx2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the firmware-bnx2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep firmware-bnx2 *
You will get with firmware-bnx2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
