firmware-adi software package provides Binary firmware for Analog Devices Inc. DSL modem chips, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install firmware-adi
firmware-adi is installed in your system.
Make ensure the firmware-adi package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep firmware-adi *
You will get with firmware-adi package name, version, architecture and description in a table
