How to uninstall or remove fglrx-driver software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed fglrx-driver package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove fglrx-driver 

Uninstall fglrx-driver including dependent package

If you would like to remove fglrx-driver and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fglrx-driver 
Use Purging fglrx-driver

If you use with purge options to fglrx-driver package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge fglrx-driver 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fglrx-driver
