fcitx-ui-kimpanel software package provides virtual package provided by fcitx-module-kimpanel, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fcitx-ui-kimpanel
fcitx-ui-kimpanel is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fcitx-ui-kimpanel package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fcitx-ui-kimpanel*
You will get with fcitx-ui-kimpanel package name, version, architecture and description in a table
