docutils software package provides virtual package provided by python-docutils, python3-docutils, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install docutils
docutils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the docutils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep docutils*
You will get with docutils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
