docbook-utils software package provides Convert DocBook files to other formats (HTML, RTF, PS, man, PDF), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install docbook-utils
docbook-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the docbook-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep docbook-utils *
You will get with docbook-utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
