How to Install dmapi software package in Debian 8 (Jessie)

dmapi software package provides virtual package provided by libdm0, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install dmapi

dmapi is installed in your system.

Make ensure the dmapi package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dmapi*

You will get with dmapi package name, version, architecture and description in a table
