dh-rebar software package provides helper tools for maintaining Erlang package which is using rebar, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dh-rebar
dh-rebar is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dh-rebar package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dh-rebar *
You will get with dh-rebar package name, version, architecture and description in a table
