dasd-extra-modules-3.16.0-4-s3 software package provides optional dasd DIAG support, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dasd-extra-modules-3.16.0-4-s3
dasd-extra-modules-3.16.0-4-s3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dasd-extra-modules-3.16.0-4-s3 package were installed using the commands given below,
