cups-browsed software package provides OpenPrinting CUPS Filters - cups-browsed, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cups-browsed
cups-browsed is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cups-browsed package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cups-browsed *
You will get with cups-browsed package name, version, architecture and description in a table
