cppman software package provides C++ 98/11 manual pages for Linux, with source from cplusplus.com, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cppman
cppman is installed in your system.
