coinor-libosi1 software package provides COIN-OR Open Solver Interface, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install coinor-libosi1
coinor-libosi1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the coinor-libosi1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep coinor-libosi1 *
You will get with coinor-libosi1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
