coinor-libcoinmp1 software package provides Simple C API for COIN-OR Solvers Clp and Cbc -- library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install coinor-libcoinmp1
coinor-libcoinmp1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the coinor-libcoinmp1 package were installed using the commands given below,
