cil-disassembler software package provides virtual package provided by mono-utils, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cil-disassembler
cil-disassembler is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cil-disassembler package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cil-disassembler*
You will get with cil-disassembler package name, version, architecture and description in a table
