cdebconf-terminal software package provides virtual package provided by cdebconf-gtk-terminal, cdebconf-newt-terminal, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cdebconf-terminal
cdebconf-terminal is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cdebconf-terminal package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cdebconf-terminal*
You will get with cdebconf-terminal package name, version, architecture and description in a table
