capplets-data software package provides virtual package provided by gnome-control-center-data, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install capplets-data
capplets-data is installed in your system.
Make ensure the capplets-data package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep capplets-data*
You will get with capplets-data package name, version, architecture and description in a table
