binutils-mips64el-linux-gnuabi software package provides GNU binary utilities, for mips64el-linux-gnuabi64 target, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install binutils-mips64el-linux-gnuabi
