asterisk-core-sounds-fr-gsm software package provides asterisk PBX sound files - fr-ca/gsm, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install asterisk-core-sounds-fr-gsm
asterisk-core-sounds-fr-gsm is installed in your system.
