aspell-ru software package provides Russian dictionary for Aspell, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aspell-ru
aspell-ru is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aspell-ru package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aspell-ru *
You will get with aspell-ru package name, version, architecture and description in a table
