aspell-dictionary software package provides virtual package provided by aspell-eo-cx7, aspell-pt-br, aspell-sv, aspell-da, aspell-lt, aspell-hu, aspell-eo, aspell-kk, aspell-et, aspell-uk, aspell-fo, aspell-cy, aspell-it, aspell-hy, aspell-nl, aspell-sk, aspell-ar-large, aspell-el, aspell-bg, aspell-hr, aspell-ru, aspell-tl, aspell-br, aspell-es, aspell-ku, aspell-de-alt, aspell-eu-es, aspell-lv, aspell-ca, aspell-he, aspell-fa, aspell-hsb, aspell-fr, aspell-en, aspell-ga, aspell-ar, aspell-am, aspell-de, aspell-uz, aspell-ro, aspell-pt-p, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aspell-dictionary
aspell-dictionary is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aspell-dictionary package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aspell-dictionary*
You will get with aspell-dictionary package name, version, architecture and description in a table
