apertium-pcre2 software package provides virtual package provided by apertium, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install apertium-pcre2
apertium-pcre2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the apertium-pcre2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep apertium-pcre2*
You will get with apertium-pcre2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
