apache2-mpm-worker software package provides transitional worker MPM package for apache2, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install apache2-mpm-worker
apache2-mpm-worker is installed in your system.
Make ensure the apache2-mpm-worker package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep apache2-mpm-worker *
You will get with apache2-mpm-worker package name, version, architecture and description in a table
