ampliconnoise software package provides removal of noise from 454 sequenced PCR amplicons, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ampliconnoise
ampliconnoise is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ampliconnoise package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ampliconnoise *
You will get with ampliconnoise package name, version, architecture and description in a table
