amavisd-new-milter software package provides virtual package provided by amavisd-milter, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install amavisd-new-milter
amavisd-new-milter is installed in your system.
Make ensure the amavisd-new-milter package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep amavisd-new-milter*
You will get with amavisd-new-milter package name, version, architecture and description in a table
