How to uninstall or remove libghc-terminfo-dev-0.3.2.3-ca software package from Debian 7 (Wheezy)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-terminfo-dev-0.3.2.3-ca package itself from Debian 7 (Wheezy) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-terminfo-dev-0.3.2.3-ca

Uninstall libghc-terminfo-dev-0.3.2.3-ca including dependent package

If you would like to remove libghc-terminfo-dev-0.3.2.3-ca and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libghc-terminfo-dev-0.3.2.3-ca

Use Purging libghc-terminfo-dev-0.3.2.3-ca

If you use with purge options to libghc-terminfo-dev-0.3.2.3-ca package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libghc-terminfo-dev-0.3.2.3-ca

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libghc-terminfo-dev-0.3.2.3-ca
