You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-opengl-dev-2.2.3.1-e127 package itself from Debian 7 (Wheezy) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-opengl-dev-2.2.3.1-e127

Uninstall libghc-opengl-dev-2.2.3.1-e127 including dependent package
