You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-network-dev-2.3.0.13-ab package itself from Debian 7 (Wheezy) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-network-dev-2.3.0.13-ab

Uninstall libghc-network-dev-2.3.0.13-ab including dependent package

If you would like to remove libghc-network-dev-2.3.0.13-ab and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,
