You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-llvm-base-dev-3.0.1.0-a package itself from Debian 7 (Wheezy) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-llvm-base-dev-3.0.1.0-a

Uninstall libghc-llvm-base-dev-3.0.1.0-a including dependent package

If you would like to remove libghc-llvm-base-dev-3.0.1.0-a and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libghc-llvm-base-dev-3.0.1.0-a
