libghc-debian-dev software package provides Haskell library for working with the Debian package system, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-debian-dev
libghc-debian-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-debian-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-debian-dev *
You will get with libghc-debian-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
