You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-data-lens-dev-2.10.0-ff package itself from Debian 7 (Wheezy) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-data-lens-dev-2.10.0-ff

Uninstall libghc-data-lens-dev-2.10.0-ff including dependent package
